NOTES: He married with third proclamation published on 18 May 1625 at
Garderwijk. He was a burgher of Nijmegen 3 September 1617. On 23 April
1620 he registered as a student at Franekar University (Johannes a
Mandevijll, Frisius, theol.). On 3 March 1623 he registered as a
student at Leiden University (Johannes Mandewijll, Noviomagensis, 22
years, theol.). In 1624 he was a teacher of Hebrew at Harderwijk
Academy, in 1628 he was a clergyman at Kootwijk, and in 1630 at
Garderen.
