    Notes:  Banns for their marriage were published 12 May 1706

	    Gysbert lived on the east bank of the Saddle River in New Barbadoes
	    Township, Bergen County.  He and his wife joined the Hackensack
	    Reformed Church on 8 Oct. 1715 by letter from Bergen.  After the
	    death of Magdalena, Gysbert mar. Antje Christeen.  The will of
	    Gisbert Van Blarkom of Bergen County was dated 23 Apr. 1760 and
	    proved 3 Mar. 1764, and in it he left 20 shillings to son John as
	    his birthright; real and personal estate to wife Antie while his
	    widow; son Hendrick one-half of the home plantation on Saddle River;
	    son Jacobus the other half, and the house; each son to pay £40 each
	    to Lena Ferdon and Antie Vreeland.  He also stated that he had
	    already given sons John, Antone, and William deed for lands where
	    each lived.  The executors were his wife, and Jacob Ferdon; and the
	    witnesses were Pieter Kip, Jacobus Huysman, and Reinier Van Giesen.

 Children:  1.  ANNATJE VAN BLARCOM, was b. in Bergen.  On 10 July 1725 at the
		Reformed Dutch Church of Tappen she mar. JACOBUS JANSEN (JAMES
		JOHNSON), who was b. in Plymouth, England.

	    2.  JAN VAN BLARCOM, was b. in Bergen and bap. 25 Feb. 1711 at the
		Reformed Dutch Church of Hacknsack.  Wit.:  Pieter Janse Van
		Blerckum and Jacomina Cornelise, his wife.  On 13 Oct. 1738 at
		the Reformed Dutch Church of Hackensack (with banns published
		9 Sept. 1738) he mar. VROUWTJE KIP, who was bap. 1 Jan. 1717 at
		the Reformed Dutch Church of Hackensack (wit.:  Egbert Ackermans
		and Vrouwtie Verway, the grandmother), a dau. of Hendrick Kip
		and Geertje Van Dien.  Jan lived in New Barbadoes Township, NJ.

	    3.  MARYTJE VAN BLARCOM, was b. in Bergen and bap. 17 Apr. 1715 at
		the Reformed Dutch Church of Hacknsack.  Wit.:  Hendrick Hoppe
		and Mary Van Blerkum, his wife.  On 24 Nov. 1732 at the Reformed
		Dutch Church of Hackensack (with banns published there 26 Sept.
		1732) she mar. CONRAD BOSCH, who was bap. 5 Mar. 1701 at the
		Reformed Dutch Church of New York (wit.:  Pouwelus Van der Beek
		and Elsje Van der Beek), a son of Hendrick Bosch and Maria
		Vanderbeek.  He joined the Hackensack Reformed Church on 16
		Sept. 1729.

	    4.  ANTHONY VAN BLARCOM, was b. in Hackensack and bap. 12 Apr. 1719
		at the Reformed Dutch Church of Hacknsack.  Wit.:  None.  On 6
		Dec. 1745 at the Reformed Dutch Church of Passaic he mar. MARIA
		RYERSON, who was b. 21 Nov. 1726 and bap. 25 Dec. 1726 at the
		Reformed Dutch Church of Hackensack (wit.:  Reyer Reyersen and
		wife), a dau. of Frans Ryerson and Jannetje Dey.  He lived at
		Wagaraw, now part of Hawthorne.
